Required Qualification
For B. Tech Courses forty-five percent marks in 10+2 or Higher Secondary examination with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics subjects. For B. Tech Lateral Entry forty-five percent marks in Science and Mathematics along with Diploma Course.
For admission in B Arch courses (10+2) fifty percent marks in Physics, and chemistry. Besides, candidates must secure forty percent marks in Architecture National Aptitude Test.
For admission in M Tech courses, candidates must have Engineering/Technology Graduate degree in the respective subject. For MBA candidates must be Graduates in any stream. For Admission in MCA courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 or have to be a Graduate with Mathematics as the subject. For MSW and MSC (Psychology) candidates need to be a Graduate in any stream. For MSC courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Pharmaceuticals Chemistry, Microbial Technology candidates need to be a Graduate in their respective subjects.
For admission in BA (English) and BBA courses, candidates must have secured fifty percent marks in 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination. For admission in BSC and BCA courses candidates must have secured fifty percent marks in 10+2 or Higher Secondary along with mathematics as a subject.
Application Process
Candidates need to apply from www.kalasalingam.ac.in website. Application fee of RS 600 should be deposited in post offices listed on the website. However, candidates may purchase the application form and prospectus directly from the university. Besides, application form could be purchased by a demand draft of RS 650. The result of the entrance examination would be declared on 3rd of June, 2016 and counseling would begin from 7th of June, 2016.
