Management or faculty

The different institutes of the Pailan Group of Institutions are given below for the sake of simplicity of understanding:
1. Pailan World School – It’s the first school of its kind in eastern India of international standard. Students are taught here as per the Cambridge and ICSE regulations.
2. Pailan College of Management & Technology – In PCTM candidates are taught as per the B. Tech standard – civil, electrical and electronics, computer science and electronics and communication. Moreover, MBA and MCA are done as well on graduation levels.
3. Pailan School of International Studies – In this division of the institute courses like travel and tourism, media science, computer application, business administration, etc., are done.
4. Pailan College of Education (B Ed) – There is a great demand for B Ed degree courses at the moment because to be a teacher in government or private schools a B Ed degree is a must. So, this division of the institute provides this course approved by the NCTE and the Calcutta University in various subjects.
5. Pailan Film & Television Institute (PFI) - This division is involved with doing courses in performing arts like films, television, modelling, animation, graphic designing, etc. Moreover, one year diploma courses is carried out in cinema studies and direction, cinematography, editing, sound designing, acting, visual effects, animation and gaming, screen writing, production designing, dance, etc.
6. Pailan Technical Campus (Polytechnic) - Here, civil, electrical or electronics and telecommunication courses are done. Besides, the three year photography diploma course is carried out as well for the candidates.

BBA, BCA, BBM, B. Sc, B. OPTOM (3 years duration) – 10+2 pass from any of the recognised boards.
For admission in Post Graduate courses
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – Graduation with MAT/JEMAT
Masters in Computer Application (MCA) – Graduation with JECA
For admission in B Tech courses
Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering ( four years duration) – Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (45 percent marks) and a rank in JEE/WBJEE
