Veteran director Harnath Chakraborty has crafted his first movie for the Zee Bangla Cinema Originals. Notably, he got the much needed inspiration for the movie from a real life incident which he transformed into a full fledged film story. Some of the important characters in the story are Swagata Basu, Dipankar Dey, Dr. Amitabh Bhattacharjee, Nabamita Chatterjee and Chanda Chatterjee. Lyric is by Ayan Chakraborty and music by Satish R Naik.

On the outset an important aspect of human life is presented with a humorous mould. As humans, many of us have some unfulfilled wish, desire or dream which we want to accomplish some day for personal or material satisfaction. Manotosh Babu (Dipankar) is a retired railway employee. He had this long cherished desire to complete his Graduation studies some day after his retirement from job. One day, after reading a piece of article in the newspaper his wish got ignited and evolved the wings of reality to fly high. The newspaper article illustrated the news of a mother and a daughter pursuing and achieving their Graduation degree together. Finally, he contacts his friend Dipen (Amitabh) for admission in a college to pursue his long cherished dream of completing his Graduation. After his admission in the college he meets a young girl Chitrita ( Bibriti Chatterjee).
In due time, he develops a relationship of friendship with the young girl. He begins to help the girl in every way possible beginning from studies to every sundry things. For instance, he buys books for the girls and even protects the girl from the unusual demands of the college unions. However, soon this relationship becomes a victim of nonparallel complexities. Not only in the college, but also in his family people begin to misinterpret this relationship. Things become worse when Chitrita’s boyfriend Raja (Subhojit Kor) misinterprets the relationship altogether. The director has come out with the movie for television as an experiment. If this fresh venture draws attention and interest, he would finally project this movie for the big silver screen. From our point of view, we could add the story-line is interesting and shows promise. Besides, it has the perfect ingredients to catch and envelope the attention of both the youths and the aged. Surely, it’s tailor-made for the mass audience. And, the trailer uploaded on YouTube a few days ago reveals the added doses of comedy that help the story to sail across smoothly. Definitely it seems as of now that it would be successful in keeping the viewers on their feet for sure.
