  1. We need to have a sound sleep for seven to eight hours each day because sleep is the most useful medicine which we can give to our eyes.
  2. We must drink eight glasses of water each day to keep us hydrated. Drinking enough water helps to remove the toxins from our body which helps the eyes.
  3. We must follow the balanced diet routine regularly. We need to avoid fried and oily food stuffs and eat leafy and green vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits supply the necessary vitamins and antioxidant in our body, which keep our eyes healthy.
  4. We may apply an eye cream that is rich in vitamin k because it help to hydrate our eyes for long.
  5. For oily skin we may use a gel based eye cream.
  6. We need to use branded products only while make-up because cheap products may affect the eyes. Besides, it is better to avoid eye makeup as it is not safe for them.
