How to get there
Local trains from the Sealdah Station available for the place. One may board the Budge-Budge local from the Sealdah South Section to get down at the Brace Bridge Station. It locates within 15 minutes of walking distance from the station. One may board a bus or an auto from the railway station to get there. Alternatively, one may also drive to the place. The driving direction starts from the right side of the Tara Tala Crossing towards Maheshtala and cross the Brace Bridge. One needs to drive straight from Tara Tala to reach the spot. Forty-five picnic spots cover the region including the small and big picnic spots. The water bodies inside the park, pulls the attention of countless birds in the winter. They depart after the winter months. The hiring of the picnic spots range from RS 500 to RS 800. Besides, five cottages available for booking at RS 2000 each. The Ship House cottage booking cost is RS 3000. The cooking utensils for picnics are available here. Moreover, a small restaurant locates inside the park. The entry fee is RS 15 per person inside the park. Besides, it also has the pisciculture center. For picnic, one needs to book the spot before going to the place.
Activities
Ample space available for the kids to have the fun and entertainment. The children could enjoy the swings and slides to refresh themselves. Besides, the mini zoo inside the park has deer, peacock and swan to bind one to the color of nature. Besides, two speed boats available for the boating activity. It costs RS 20 per person and 40 people can enjoy the activity together. Moreover, 30 paddle-boats available for the boating. It costs RS 50 for 30 minutes of boating. Each boat comfortably fits four persons.
