Living life of a youth or a teenager is good but would not it would have been more colorful if only we have been financially more supple and flexible? As many of the experienced ones would agree, at this stage of life we go through emotions, dreams, desires, illusions or a mixed bag of every human wants that exist on this earth. Limited pocket-money or income is also a big hurdle or concern of our life.

Monthly budgeting tips

Being in such a volatile stage of life, we find it difficult to make the most with the limited amount of money we have. This often leads in shortage of funds and we end borrowing money either from the parents or friends. Well, we may avoid the situation by following some sure shot monthly budgeting tips which are as given below:
  • First, we need to keep in mind that monthly expenses, in no circumstances, should exceed monthly pocket-money or income. The best possible way to get around this is to prepare a monthly budget which would help us to have a control on our expenses.
  • Drawing out a plan at the beginning of a month is worth considering as a good option. To get a better idea, take note of the following example:

    Monthly pocket-money or income – RS 2500.

Mobile and internet recharge – RS 300.

    Travelling expenses – RS 500.

Paper, pens, copies – RS 300

    Tiffin – RS 500

Birthday gifts for friends-- RS 400

    Movies –RS 300

So, the total expenses stand out as RS 2300 and money in hand RS 200.
  • One big advantage of preparing this budget is that when we go for extra expenses this budget will certainly buzz our mind and we may think twice before spending too much.
  • Now, if we want to save a bit more from our monthly expenses we may look at the options where we can save. For instance, we may carry tiffin from home regularly to save some amount.
  • Next, at the end of the day we need to write the expenses we incurred on that day. This would certainly help to find out if we spent a little more on a particular day. Besides, it would also give us the option to make up for the extra expenses incurred on that particular day by spending less on the following days.
  • It is important to avoid the use of debit/credit cards and spend in cash only. When we pay for our expenses in cash, we definitely have a feel for the money moving out of our pockets.
  • We should never go beyond our budget and make sure to spend within our limits.
  • Finally, if we save some money at the end of a particular month, we need to keep it separate for crisis or emergencies.

Monthly saving tips

Now, the question that arises is what we should do with the money saved? Should we keep it in my bookshelf?...NO. Should we keep it in my piggy box?...NO.

Why???

Simply because even after keeping our savings for months it will not increase in value. Then, What should I do?

The answer is simple....Open a bank account in the neighborhood bank!
  • We should open a bank account in the nearby bank. It would also be wise to choose a nationalized bank because it requires less money to open an account and the minimum balance requirement for maintaining an account is also very less compared to other banks.
  • Another big advantage of opening a bank account is that we will get a half-yearly or annual rate of interest on our savings.
  • Besides, today there is also the ATM facility that comes along with the bank accounts. Having this facility, would help us to withdraw money, 24x7, hassle-free.
  • As soon as we open a bank account, we also get the check book facility. We enjoy a host of facilities with it like depositing, withdrawing, paying bills etc.
  • We also need to keep our bank account active by depositing and withdrawing money from time to time.
  • We should update our bank passbook after every transaction (depositing or withdrawing cash)
  • If we save small amounts every month and deposit those in our bank accounts, then one day these small amounts turn into a big sum of money.
  • Alternatively, we may also open a recurring deposit account whereby we need to deposit a small amount of money every month for a term.
  • Once, we have a lump-sum amount in our savings or recurring deposit accounts, we may save the amount in bank fixed deposits or post office fixed deposit schemes. In that case, we need to go through the different schemes and deposit or fix our money in that scheme only which gives a better rate of interest and security.
Moreover, to earn some part-time money or pocket-money there is a long list of work available which we may do according to our level of interest and time. Some of these include writing contents online, traveling agent, data-entry clerk etc. Sincerely, there are so many options to choose from and it depends on us how we make the most of our available time, energy and money.

Overview of IPL 2013

So we are into another IPL season and this time it is even bigger. Bigger because of not only the excitement factor but also because this time we are witnessing nine teams fighting out in the middle for the IPL trophy. Till now, this IPL has been successful in delivering the flavor of a perfectly cooked dish that has watered the mouth of its followers. Which other cricket tournament of the world would give you a chance to notice Virat Kohli and Goutam Gambhir watching each other from the corners of their eyes?

Or Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting and Harbhajan Singh sharing light moments together? Further, the performance of the aged players like Rahul Dravid, Ricky Ponting and Michael Hussey have broadened the eyeballs of the spectators be in the circular cricket stadium or in the drawing-room of houses gazing near the TV sets. Besides, some of the heroic performances of the players like Chris Gayle, Virendra Sehwag and Ravindra Jadeja where they single-highhandedly won individual matches for their teams. One thing with which everyone would agree is that this IPL has much more excitement and thrill to unfold to us.

The Chennai Super Kings

This time, the Chennai Super Kings, is looking at things beyond cricket. This time they have decided to open 'Chennai Health Cafe'. Through this, they would sell out health related foods and equipment to bring out health related awareness among the people. They are even planning to launch the super kings special cricket kits in the market. Their performance is superb and they are very much in line to win the IPL -6

The Sunrisers Hyderabad

They made a movie called Sunriser's rising and dubbed and distributed it into four other South Indian languages and become famous. As a new team, they have already made their presence felt in the tournament. With only two losses the team is on plight to fame and playing within their strengths.

The Rajesthan Royals

This team has bought a 42 year old leg spinner, Pravin Tamhake. They aspect a lot from this spinner and believe that he would prove their trump card in the tournament. The performance is good as out of 10 matches played, this team has won 7 and lost 3

The Delhi Daredevils

In spite of having star players in the side, this team has sustained six consecutive losses this IPL. Sir Viv Richards have stepped in as a team advisor to motivate them and the team registered their first win in their seventh match. The team has to win eight of the remaining nine matches to qualify for the next round of playoffs.

The Kolkata Knight riders

The defending champions have started well in the tournament but recently have lost their way as they went off the track with three recent defeats. They need to play as a unit now or else they find themselves in trouble.

The Mumbai Indians

A team loaded with cricketing super stars and stars including Tendulkar, Ponting, Harbhajan and Malinga but the performance is just average. Recently, there has been talks going on of not using the potential of Kaeron Pollard properly.

The Royal challengers Bangalore

The performance of this team has always been good apart from a couple of failures in 2008 and 2012 IPL seasons. The team is going well under the captaincy of the young and dynamic captaincy of Virat Kohli.

The Kings X1 Punjab

They have a mixed series this season under the captaincy of Adam Gilchrist. So far they have won three and lose three. The captain is out of form and scoring low scores but the good thing is that David Hussey, the addition of Shaun Marsh and performance of Mandeep Singh will take them ahead in the future matches.

The Pune warriors India

Recently, there has been a lot of changes in the captaincy, and the team is still going on experimenting. The promotion of Yuvraj Singh up the order has been a positive move. They have lost three games to Banglore but still they have to go a long way. This side seems to be unpredictable and let us hope they do well further in the tournament under the captaincy of Aaron Finch and pacer Bhubaneshwar Kumar.

Cricket is the lifeblood that keeps us away from the boredom of regular life. The craze has taken up since India won the first world cup in 1983. Though India has won many cups and tournaments to add to its glory but winning the first world cup is still in our minds and would always be. Much has changed in the way cricket is played and in the formats of the game. There are the test matches, the one-day tournaments followed by the much recent Twenty-20 games. Cricket has also got much commercialized and the likings for the twenty-20 games are sky soaring in the recent times.

The Indian Premier League

The IPL or the Indian Premiere League has also evolved in India and it has the five successful seasons that entertained us till the last ball. Now, the sixth one, the IPL 2013, is in progress and once again we are witnessing the excitement of cricket at its best. This time the fervor of IPL is even more with the participation of nine teams and the tournament is more attractive than before.

Why IPL is the most cherished cricket game?

What makes the IPL tournaments a special one? Well, it is hard to answer it one simple line because there are several factors that make it a special tournament. If we take a close look, we will find that it offers several ingredients which other cricketing tournaments simply misses or lack. Let us find out about some of the important ingredients of IPL that makes it a special or the most cherished one:

The shorter version of the game

The IPL is played in the twenty-20 format, that is, overall 40 overs are bowled in the game. This makes the tournament interesting and exciting too. Within a shorter span of three hours the outcome of a match is known. Therefore, it also attracts audiences from busiest sectors including the corporate sectors, film stars, politicians and students who could devote some time to get entertained for a few hours.

Inclusion of ex-cricketers

The inclusion of ex-cricketers or recently retired cricketers in the tournament, who has a huge fan following, is also a plus point which deserves a special mention. Which other tournament will give an opportunity to watch your ex-superstars in action than the IPL tournaments? Some of these ex-cricketers even outperform the younger ones when it comes about individual performance in the match.

A collection of the world's best cricketing superstars

IPL tournaments promise and display some of the best talents in the present world cricket. Each team wants to have the best eleven to battle out in the field for their respective teams. This benefits not only the viewers or the onlookers but also the IPL tournaments.

The battle for supremacy

If there is something that provides most excitement is the players, whom we normally see playing together as a combined unit in the Indian team, competes against each other for their regional team. Be it a match between Mumbai Indians Vs Delhi Dare Devils where we get the opportunity to treat ourselves with Sachin's batting Vs Veeru's batting or compare Dhoni's captaincy in Chennai Super kings Vs Kohli's captaincy in Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Discovery of the young talents

Each of the IPL seasons played so far has unearthed several young talents who have later made the most of this break. Young talent gets recognized quickly and comes into the cricketing lime lights easily. It is a perfect opportunity for these players to earn a name and fame in quick time. There are many examples of players who was first discovered in the IPL like Yusuf Pathan, Ashwin, Ajinka Rahane etc.

Detection of gall bladder stone

Sana is my colleague who works in the same office with me. One day, while she was busy with regular office work she had a severe abdominal pain. Soon, we took her to the nearby nursing home where she had a few medical tests done. The following day, the medical tests revealed that she had a gall bladder stone and the doctors suggested to undergo laparoscopic surgery. Tensions crept here mind because doctors opined that she would have around four scars or cut marks on her abdomen.

Question of scars or cut marks on the body

She had many questions quavering her mind. Does it mean that she had to carry those marks on her abdomen throughout her life? Is not there any other way round to go for the surgery and not to have those cut marks on her body?

The success story of Sana

She was googling answer for her questions and fortunately she came across a site called www.apollohospitals.com/cutting-edge.php. Soon, she found out she could go for a cosmetic surgery. This meant that she would have only one invisible cut mark at the navel through the process of laparoscopic surgery. She went to the hospital and the doctors made everything crystal clear to her. They explained everything related to the surgery and the expenses she had to bear. She went for the surgery and within 24 hours she came back home after the surgery. Moreover, she did not have to go through any severe pain as she was attending the office from the very next day.

What is scarless laparoscopic surgery?

Well, after going through the success story of Sana most of you would like to learn more about scarless laparoscopic surgery. No marks or scarless laparoscopic surgery is a new and ultra modern method of surgery. One plus point about it is scarless operation of the abdomen. Besides, one does not have to go through severe pain during or after the success of the surgery.

The scarless laparoscopic surgery process

This is not a magic but an accepted truth that this surgery is the only best option available for the various surgical problems of the abdomen. The normal laparoscopic surgery process is to make a cut or a hole on the navel together with other three to four holes around it. In contrast to this, in scar-less surgery operation, only one hole or cut on the navel, vagina or on the rectum is enough to reach the abdomen. So, there are no scar marks left after the operation.

Advantages of scarless surgery

One big advantage is the cosmetic influence or the beauty aspect of it. Those who care for their body and does not want to bear any scar or mark on their body scarless surgery is like a blessing for them. Another advantage is one does not have to go through severe pain through the process.

The Chit Fund Scam In West Bengal

The Chit Fund Scam

Another Scam! This time it is the chit fund scam in West Bengal, Kolkata. Though this scam has surprised us all but this is not a new one because several other states in the past have been a victim of it. Last few weeks, we were going through the headlines of newspapers and witnessing the highlights in the electronic media about the chit fund scam and its effects on the common people or poor investors of the country. The pathetic condition is that the scam is not only related to chit funds itself but may routes with other things as well which may show up in the future.

Whom to blame?

There are several companies or firms that run the chit funds scheme but when it came to pay the subscribers or investors they pulled up their hands. Now the question is whom to blame? Should we blame the government who launches this policy, the illegal companies who are making fat money by fooling the people or the people who get into the easy trap of the schemes of these companies?

A good scheme that turned into a scam

The government has allowed to flourish Chit Funds with the view to help out the poor middle class section of the society. Law is also incorporated as the Chit funds Act of 1982 whereby legal companies got the permission to run this policy. The logic of the scheme is depositing small amounts of money regularly to get an assured amount after a term. Instead, this scheme led to the flourishing of several new companies (even illegal ones) that dumped the people of their assured return. The result of this is chaos or confusion that is going on and it has brushed and moved the political scenario too to a great extent.

How the scam took place

As said before, several illegal or unauthorized companies mushroomed over a time. These institutes are neither registered with the SEBI or the RBI but still carried out their business successfully in different parts of the country. It is still a question why these companies or firms are allowed to work without any restriction either by the government or the authorized bodies of the society. These companies hired agents to reach out and trap people in their flaw schemes and parted away with their hard-earned money. This resulted as a scam of several crores of rupees.

The scenario now

The political parties are busy pointing fingers at one another. There is a probe going on and there is much to reveal in the future. Only time will tell what is going to take place next and who else is in this scam. Though to the state government got packages to help out the people who lost their savings but it is still a question if this package is well enough to serve the purpose of all those who lost their money.

Today, we are going to take a sharp look on some of the key aspects of knee replacement treatment.

Knee replacement

Knee replacement or the replacing of the knee is a surgery that replaces a worn out or damaged part of a knee with an artificial material. Those who suffer from the intense knee problems and when intake of medicines does not help, doctors suggest them to undergo knee replacement surgery. The cost of knee replacement surgery varies from one to two lakhs.

Symptoms

There are several problems or symptoms that give sign to go for the knee replacement. However, one should always follow what the doctor's instruction in such a case. Some of the symptoms associated with knee replacements are as given below:
  • Severe aches in the knee
  • Problems in walking
  • Swelling of the knee
  • Stiffness

Materials used for knee replacement

Titanium and stainless steel are the materials used for knee replacement. However, polymers are also used but titanium is the first preference because it is a modern material and also very durable.

Diagnosis and tests

Physicians use a clinical method to detect knee related problems. Together with it digital X-rays are also done. Before the operation, the doctors try to find out the place and the size of the required implant of the knee. Moreover, several tests like the liver function test, kidney function test, anemia, routine analysis etc. are also carried out.

Knee replacement: A modern surgery indeed

Computer navigated surgery or the robotic surgery is the modern knee replacement surgery, in use today. In this process, the computer gets set with a special program for the surgery. This surgery is gaining popularity with time.

Permanency of the surgery

Once a partial or full knee replacement gets done it would last round for 10 to 15 years. But if required, sometimes, one may have to go for a knee replacement surgery for the second time but that depends on the patient's health, age etc. Besides, if the replaced part of the knee gets dislocated due to accidental circumstances than one may have to go for the surgery for the second time.

Risk elements

Like any other surgery knee replacement surgery also involves a certain amount of risks. Before going for the surgery different tests related to heart diseases, diabetes etc. are also carried out to avoid problems. Besides, after the surgery, infection and clotting of bloods in the veins may occur but these problems occur rarely.

Time taken to recover after the surgery

Though a patient could stand on the legs after two to three days of the surgery but six to eight weeks of rest is a must. Doing Physiotherapy under an expert's guidance also helps to a great extent.

Things to remember after the surgery

  1. One should put much pressure on the knees
  2. One needs to keep the body mass index under control according to one's height
  3. One needs to keep the weight of the body under control to avoid putting pressure on the knees
  4. One should stay away from activities like jogging, jumping, sports and weightlifting.

Tooth Decay (Dental Caries): Causes And Prevention

The situation now

Chandra is an independent girl of 24. She is the only child of her parents and works in a multinational company. God has given her everything including success, job satisfaction, love and she has no complaints from life whatsoever. Still from her inner side, she is not cent percent happy. Do you know why?

It is because of her teeth. Very often she has to go through sleepless nights because of dental problems like tooth ache and believe me sometimes those are unbearable.

What took place in the past

Since, she is the only child of her parents she is very dear to them. From childhood till date with whatever she requested they made those available to her without any fuss. This also included food stuffs not good for her health and oral hygiene. Soon, she became habituated with the eating of refined foods and foodstuffs neither good for her dentures nor for her health.

The outcome or result

Consumption of food stuffs like sucrose, chocolate, cakes, pastries, sweet breads, sweet meats, cold drinks etc. grew over the years and she is now left to suffer from severe dental problems. She ignored the dis-colorization of the teeth, the swelling and bleeding of the gums and the bad breath in the past. Her teeth are now very sensitive to cold and she may suffer from dental diseases like dental caries. She thinks if only she could have stopped eating those food stuffs years before and took out some time to visit a dentist the conditions would not have been so severe.

What could have saved her

Some simple things like choosing a proper tooth paste, selecting a right tooth-brush and visiting dentists at regular intervals would have saved her from dental problems she is facing now. Hats off to her boss who encouraged her by saying it is never too late. She took her to a hospital for a thorough dental check-up and let us pray and put our fingers crossed for her speedy recovery!

How tooth decay or dental caries occur

In normal circumstances, teeth never decay easily because the 2 mm thin layer of enamel covers and protects those very well. With the regular consumption of foodstuffs, given above, and not following proper precautionary measures the teeth have black stains or have brown spots on them. If these stains or spots do not go away with regular brushing then one has to accept that his/her name is along with those millions of people suffering from dental caries ( tooth decay or tooth cavity) globally. It is important to mention here even those babies on a breast-feeding for a long time could have holes or cavities in their teeth.

What parents could do to prevent dental caries in children

Parents have a good role to play to safeguard their child against any dental problems. It is these good habits the children would follow the rest of the life so that they stay orally and physically fit to enjoy a disease free life. Some of the good oral habits and hygiene that parents could teach their children early are as given below:
  1. Since dental caries also affect small children therefore parents should make it sure that their children brush their teeth regularly.
  2. For small children, mothers should take a wet cotton cloth to wipe and clean their teeth.
  3. Parents should incorporate good habits among children early. They should make sure that their children brush their teeth regularly before going to the bed.
  4. Parents should include green vegetables, pulses and fruits in their child's diet menu.
  5. For a detail awareness on why and how to keep dental problems at bay parents should make sure to visit this blog myhealthyspeak.co.in

Moral of the story

The moral of this short story is parents should incorporate good oral and dental habits among children as early as possible.

Consequences Of Ignoring The Dental Warning Signs

The love story of Rocky and Sonia got a perfect tailor-made ending like that of the any smash hit Bollywood movie. They tied the holy knot in the year 2010 and their love grew deeper than the depth of the mighty Pacific. Unfortunately, these colorful moments of his life had a small tenure because the year 2012 made a deep en-rode into his well-balanced life and broke his happiness into countless small pieces.

Well, the seed of misfortune may have popped its head in the year 2012 but Rocky, himself, planted those long before in his life. He was habitual to smoking and chewing tobacco which with time has affected his teeth. Besides, he never gave a fig of thought to his yellowing, and decaying teeth. Sometimes, those bleed but nothing could have stopped from his addiction.

Gradually, his teeth began to decay, and he got affected by dental caries. Still he went on with his way of life without giving much attention to those early signs. He continued with his usual habit of drinking, smoking and chewing tobacco.

Like any other good thing on this earth that has an enduring and lasting capacity, his natural teeth too was not an exception to this rule. In the beginning of the year 2012, he became a Pyria (gum disease) patient, without being much aware of the same. Now, a foul smell comes out of his mouth when he speaks to anyone. Everyone maintains a safe distance from him in the office. His friends begin to pass comments and sometimes those are too harsh for him to bear. The heartening part is that his wife, Sonia, who loved him so much also avoids him now.

Sonia requested Rocky several times, in the past, to give up the ill habits of smoking, drinking and chewing tobacco but every time she failed miserably when he made a false promise to her but continued to live the way he likes. She pleaded several times that it is never too late to visit a dentist but each time Rocky took a perverse delight in humiliating her the way he liked. Now, She has taken the firm decision to leave him and go back to her mother. At least, she does not have to see him smoking, and drinking in front of her eyes.

Rocky is alone now and often he suffers from dental pains and bleeding gums and the bite of these pains make him cry. He tries to take painkillers but these are not good for health and their effect only lasts for a few hours only because his teeth and gums are now at a risk. Fortunately, one fine day while surfing the net, he comes across the blog myhealthyspeak.co.in where he finds that if he still neglects his teeth and continuous life, the way he likes, he may get affected with dental cyst, dental tumor, gingivitis, swollen gums or even with cancer.

Finally, one day Rocky presses those ten digit numbers of Simian’s mobile to plead her to come back. Sonia lifts the mobile and says that she would only come back to him once he makes a final decision to visit a dentist for his oral treatment. Rocky swears and the very next day Sonia is back to him.

Wait! The story is not over yet. We do not know what would happen to Rocky since he delayed his treatment process. Doctors may ask him for a dental filling, dental implant or for a surgery since he unnecessarily delayed the treatment. It is my sincerest request to all the readers who are with dental problems to visit their dentist or doctor as soon as possible. It would not only save you from a lot of problems and sufferings but also help you to recover easily. When you go for an early treatment things stay under the control and in 95 percent of the cases you succeed.

So the moral of the story is: Never risk your health by delaying the treatment for tomorrow, take the initiative today.

Let Us Bring Violence Against Women To A halt

$
0
0
We, the people, hold an important and inseparable part of the society. The way we live, work and act has a great impact on it and we are responsible to shape it the way we like. The burning question that is pinching us, now, is when would we learn to protest or raise our voice in unison against all the social evils including violence against women? Should we continue to live the way we are living, and forget, fear and avoid to oppose or protest for our fellow members, especially for the women genre of our society?

Do we bother to protest?

Today, we come across instances, in cities and villages which chill our spines. Women get victimized, exploited and insulted in broad daylight in our presence. We watch them getting victimized, insulted and condemned in front of our eyes, but the question is, do we bother to move ahead to help them out and change the tide in their favor? We think we should, but the fear of getting ourselves into problems or losing our life prevents us from doing so. Are we not equally responsible for those mishaps or tragedies directly or indirectly? Of course, we are! Because we witness women getting robbed, kidnapped, beaten and insulted in front of our eyes and we ignore these and remain silent without protesting the wrongdoers.

What stops us from protesting?

We can control some of the incidences that take place regularly in the trams, buses, roads, tea-stalls, offices, colleges etc., if only we protest those bravely and in unity but something like our inner unknown fear stop us from doing so. We live in the division and thus the wrongdoers have an upper hand on us. But it is also true that there are some gentlemen and gentlewomen of society who dare to protest against all the social odds but they are left to suffer for their sole opposition because of the lack of support from our other well-respected and responsible member of society.

Our present society

Today our society is going through a phase of unemployment and crisis in several departments. This has raised the population of those who have ample time to gossip and eve-teasing. They do not hesitate to tease girls, women and even housewives. They pass rude comments without caring if the person who is with the female could be her brother, father or a teacher. Situations become worse, if he opposes the wrongdoers and may even sustain the attacks of knives, pistols etc. There remains a big crowd along but they keep silence and watch the proceedings. Would not it has been better, if they had stood together with the person who takes the sole and first initiative to fight with these antisocial. This gives us a clear picture where our present society is heading for?

Incident number one

Recently, I came across a column in the newspaper where a teacher complained to the guardian about his child's misconduct in the class. Later, the guardian stabbed her, in an open road, when she was returning home after school and she died on the spot. What a shame! Was it wrong for the teacher to intimate the guardian about his child's misconduct? Was the one man army enough to end the life of a woman in front of everyone. Why could not the people come into rescue of the teacher.

Incident number two

Another incident may raise our hair on the body. Here, a girl was returning home along with her father and mother in the evening. Here a group of youth started with eve-teasing and finally went to the extent of pulling the hands of the girl. Both the parents objected to it, and this resulted in severe beating where the father died before reaching hospital. The crowd was there but, once again, they were silent spectators and the only help came was to take the inured father to the hospital. Had the crowd intervened and opposed the culprits in time, this merciless incidence would not have taken place.

How to tackle the menace?

These unfortunate incidences are going on regularly and repeatedly in front of our nose. Sometimes, a brother dies to save the honor of his sister or sometimes a woman or a homemaker is humiliated in broad daylight in the middle of the crowd. It is not people do not protest the wrongdoers, for some really does, but these few people get into distress because of the lack of support from others.

I agree that there are laws to safeguard and protect the interest of women in our society. But laws alone does not help and we need to tackle these problems together. First, we need to change our outlook towards women and protest the wrongdoers the moment they commit any crime against them.

Just wait and think for a moment of the women who is in distress today and seek your help. Tomorrow, your sister, your sister-in-law and your wife also could be in the same problem. What will you do then? Will you then also ignore or neglect the problem to watch them suffer from behind the crowd. No! You need to come out from your false mask of cowardice to challenge the reality.

You have to protest and object any injustice that you may come across against the women of our society. As a responsible member of the society you need positivity in your thought and action. Extend your support to that man or women who first takes the initiative to protest. Even if you find yourself alone do not hesitate to do what your heart, and mind says right. The ways single drops of water fills the bucket, your sole effort could save someone's life and honor.

Let us pledge today that from now on if we come across any incidence that triggers the safety and security of a woman, we will come to the rescue. It is high time for you and me to leave our baseless fears behind and fight in unity against these social evils. We need to understand and realize that if we keep silence then those days are not far when our women would not feel safe even in our presence or in our homes. Let us stand up on our feet together and ring the bell to make a fresh start to this. Since I have raised the curtain early by naming out the this application in my post, I would like to pen down a small intro about this special application called WeChat.

What is WeChat?

To put it simply, it is a great tool or application to connect, group chat, share text or SMS, videos, photos etc., with your loved ones. Yes, you may connect with others on the go, no matter, where you are. One big advantage is the option to log in promptly with your Facebook Id and password. Besides, it is available for free download irrespective of the operating system you use and it is also available for the PC download. Find out more about the Wechat application by visiting the link WeChat's Youtube channel.

My imaginary communication in WeChat

As this application supports trustworthy group and voice chat, it is a unique experience by itself to use it for the same by a user or member. If I get an opportunity to connect with a group of five persons, according to my choice, I would love to chat with Gandhiji, Sachin Tendulkar, Salman Khan, a Police officer and an aging Parent (here mother).

Why? Because I believe these are the persons who have a great influence in our present generation and they played a great role as we grow up into a complete social being. Here is an imaginary chat of the author, that is, me with my dream personalities.

Chat with Gandhi-ji, (The father of the nation)

Mohan Das Karam Chand Gandhi fought throughout his lifespan for Indian freedom. He spent his valuable years fighting for the common people and he believed in simple living. He is popularly known as Bapu or the father of the nation. He fought non-violently and finally bought us freedom in the year 1947.

Me – Sir, are you enjoying the WeChat application?

Bapu – Yes, I am!

Me – Sir, You have played a big role to win our freedom. Please share your valuable thought on that.

Bapu – Well, that is history now but to tell you the truth, it is not me, but it is we Indians who fought and brought the sunshine of freedom for our motherland, India. Certainly, I do think that in those times if we had the applications like WeChat the freedom would have come earlier (laughs).

Me – Sir, what message would you like to pass to the youngsters of this Y-generation?

Bapu – I do not have to say and express much to the youngsters because they are so perfect in everything they do now. But I would always ask them to do what is right and be true to themselves and to the society they are living.

Me – What role does technology plays in grooming the youngsters?

Bapu – Technology could be used both ways but if we use it positively there is much to gain for our young minds and to the society.

Me – Sir, It has been a nice experience chatting with you.

Bapu – Thank you! I am sure that you are going to pass this small message from me to all your friends and to the society.

Me – Of course sir! I will surely do the needful.

Sachin – Certainly, I have used it for some time now. It has made life easier for the common people. The best part is no matter where one is, one could connect with the person with whom one wants.

Me – Sir, One word that you may use to describe the WeChat application?

Sachin – It is simply, “fabulous”.

Me – Sir, Thanks for taking out some of your valuable time to chat with me on the WeChat application.

Sachin – Pleasure!

Chat with Salman Khan (The super-brat of Bollywood)

He is also known for the time and energy he puts for social causes. His ''Being Human'' organization is very well-known for charity and aiding the poor and weaker section of the society.

Salman – Busy but at the same time it is very interesting too and I am enjoying it to the full.

Me – Sir, How do you take out time to interact with your beloved ones, especially, when you are so busy?

Salman – It's all about making adjustments dear! Today, we have a lot of social networking tools to connect with others on the go. Even though I am a super-star as you would say but I am also a human and a social person too. I use those tools to the full to connect, share and communicate with persons who are close to me and even at times with the unknown ones like I am doing now with you.

Me – Which social networking application you prefer the most out of the lot available on the net?

Salman – There are many which I love to use but mostly I like to use the latest WeChat application particularly.

Police person – When I am off from my duty, I use those to connect with people.

Me – Sir, Do you believe that social networking applications could play a vital role in our lives?

Police person – Why not? Everything has a positive and negative side of it. If we limit ourselves to only to the positives then these social networking applications like WeChat is a big blessing for us.

Me – Sir, Which social networking application you use the most and recommend to others. Why?

Police person – Though it is a personal choice but I use WeChat application and I recommend the same to others because it is reliable, fast and secure to connect.

Chat with an aged mother (One of the parents)

My fifth and the last dream person to chat on WeChat is a mother whose siblings (sons and daughters) stay away from her

Me – Ma'am, Do you use social networking site applications? Why?

Mother – I really do as I have no other choice. Since, my sons, daughters and grandsons stay away I connect with them through the through the social networking sites at the end of the day when they return from their work.
